Sinne is not a dating app, matchmaking service, or dating coach service. We do not connect you with other people or provide professional relationship advice.
Sinne includes an optional community forum where users can share anonymized analysis insights with other community members for peer perspectives.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, delete posts, or remove content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

Sinne may offer paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are charged to your payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
If you purchase a subscription through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, billing, cancellation, and refund requests are subject to the policies of that platform.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused features, or failure to use the service.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of Sinne after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Sinne may offer access to optional human coaching services provided by independent coaches or third-party providers.
Coaches are not employees of Sinne unless explicitly stated otherwise. While Sinne may establish certain requirements or review processes for coaches, we do not guarantee the qualifications, accuracy, effectiveness, or outcomes of any coaching services.
Coaching sessions are provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only and are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health services.
Payments, cancellations, refunds, and disputes relating to coaching services may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
Sinne is not responsible for decisions made based on coaching advice or for interactions between users and independent coaches.
The Sinne name, design, and AI analysis outputs are owned by us. You retain ownership of the conversation text you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Forum posts you share are licensed to us under a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and moderate in the forum.
Sinne is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated insights, conversation analysis, coaching suggestions, or community content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or appropriate for any particular purpose.
AI-generated insights are based on patterns in submitted text and should not be interpreted as factual assessments of another person's thoughts, feelings, intentions, personality, compatibility, or behavior.
Sinne is not a substitute for professional psychological, therapeutic, relationship, or medical advice. Users should not make significant personal, relationship, or mental-health decisions solely based on AI-generated insights.
We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of posts, opinions, or advice shared by community members or third-party coaches.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinne and its creators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app, AI-generated insights, community forum, coaching services, or any decisions made based on information provided through Sinne.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Sinne shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Sinne during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
